I am very impressed that a free app has so many features and so far it has been very useful. Support has been good.
UPDATE : had a small issue I needed checked today, Arditya from customer support was very helpful.

I needed help and the the support staff fixed my problem! It was a simple problem but the response was quick and the fix was easy

Love this app so much. I'm so glad I found it - as a small business I can't afford to add a bunch of expensive apps, but I love the customization options. Automizely has everything I was looking for, is user friendly, and good customer service. I like that I can also see their project roadmap, because I know what new features are coming soon. Love it.
