The support staff are wonderful and always reply immidiately. I have given the app a 4 star as i would like more options in terms of fonts and design. i find it to be quite basic and semi unproffessional - sorry

This app by far is easier than Klaviyo. I didn't need all the robust stuff from it. This app is perfect for my website. Easy to use and understand without going through a bunch of video tutorials. Customer support is pretty amazing too- live chat and the two people I chatted with were super pleasant and helpful. I gave 4 stars as I am still in the process of working on my campaign and have not used all the features yet. Thank you!

I like being able to design my own popups to be on brand. I use this app for scheduling emails and acquiring email subscribers. I do wish I could save the email campaign I am designing as I go without it backing completely out of the design tool. There should be a smart save feature so that it saves as you go (like google docs) rather than having to manually save.
