It took me a while to get assistance via the customer service chat today, which was unusual for Automizely. Nonetheless, I was able to be helped and eventually received an answer to my question. I'm grateful that Automizely doesn't just say "No" when something isn't available at the moment. It's kind of encouraging that they say they'll forward the concern to the development team which is always adding new/updating features.

I've been using this app for a few months and love it. The support is very helpful. The only thing, I was offered an unlimited free plan which I've recently found was not forever (which I was never told), and I now have to upgrade to a paid plan to continue using the app. I've been offered a discount, which I value, but I would have appreciated to know from the beginning that the free plan was a limited offer.

I am still trying to get comfortable with the app and making a few errors. There is a lot to get familiar with but think that my ability to work with the functionality of the app will get better. Customer support is quick to respond and very helpful. The newsletter content customization could be just a bit more versatile, like removing spaces between sections to create something continuous. Other than that, a pretty good app.
