Not only is the app brilliant, tons of features to help effectively market your business but the support is also top notch. Edit: Dropping to 3 stars after some usage the app is very glitchy. Emails don't send, pop ups don't work and work randomly, customers discount codes not working. Support used to be good, now its just "I need time to look into this" and you never hear anything back, nor are problems fixed

I love the Automizely apps. Everyone is fantastic in their customer support department besides one girl, Pratiksha. She was surprisingly very rude, uneducated, gave me totally false and misleading information, and should not be working as a customer service rep for such a phenomenal group of devs. Most of the Automizely apps are completely free which is totally awesome, especially for newer shops, even for well-established ones! This app is amazing enough to still give 5 stars, I just advise anyone who gets Pratiksha to ask to speak to someone else or wait for another rep.

Not only is this app free but it includes a lot of features. The staff is great and fast! I recommend everyone try this app out.
