I really want to give this more star's but I think there is something wrong with. it. On my most recent campaign I had over 8k Subscribers yet I got 0 clicks on the push notifications. I have sent over 24k emails with Automizely and my click rate is lower than .5%. I Installed another App which only has 300 subscribers and I got 25 clicks running the first campaign. I LOVE Aftership Returns Center & Tracking, but this app needs more work.
I just set up my first webpush pop-up with Automizely, it looks good to me, especially I can set how many time to pop my visitor a day or a week, avoiding too much disturbance to my customers. One thing can be improved is that the Size of the font (title and description) can't be changed.

All your emails and texts now have to be reviewed by them before sending. It took one of my campaigns 3+ hours to be approved. By that time my sale was over when it went out to my customers. You can't send out a last minute newsletter anymore. Support had no sense of urgency to get my campaign reviewed asap. Also no resolution of crediting back for those emails that were wasted.

For email content review, we would like to inform you that, as per the latest GDPR guidelines, the content of emails sent to customers must be reviewed first and then sent.
Please be rest assured the review will be done at the same time and emails will be sent if the content is right.

It has been great and the staff is helpful. Only wish there was a way to resend a subscribe request if a customer did not do so. other than that, it is great
