If a customer accidentally exits the signup popup box they can't get it back, therefore denying me an email address and them a discount. I contacted support and they told me once that box is gone you can't get it back. I'm going to have to find something else.

This app is actually very very very useful and nice. It helped me a lot with my own shop and my businesses
Installed the app for pop ups. So far it looks good! Asked to have Automizely branding removed and had it removed quickly.
Customer service is very urgent so far so good working with them. Application is very user friendly to use and pretty seamless.
I just started using this app, so far it looks good. I haven't had a real chance yet to see how everything works.
I used this app for my popup campaign and it was easy to create and design. The help team was also great in helping me solve any problems I had. Very quick response.
Who wouldn't love a free and easy-to-use app? It also has comprehensive functions. It is very considerate from registration email, free coupons and shopping cart marketing. This is exactly what I want
I use the email pop-up and got the "watermark" removed by contacting them. Very fast support. Recommend to everyone. This is a good free alterative.

Products seem okay, but customer service is absolutely the worst you can find. No clue on what they are doing if you have a problem. Wanted to add other app from this company, but after this experience, no way! EDIT : It's been 2 hours now, still not close to solving my problem, will just delete the app and find another one. Don't waste your time on this one.

We would also check and brainstorm how things could have been handled differently by the support staff.
