Great work by the team.
Support was super responsive and helped me out well.
The only thing that is missing is the ability to send text only emails. I am unable to embed links in my emails.

Lots of great tools in one app. We haven't implemented more than a few so far, but all work well. The free version is a good starting place for most stores.

I love this so much because it increases the confidence in customers buying. I wish we had an option to customize the colors of the sales proof pop ups though, it could really go with my theme if it had that option. Otherwise, I love it.

Ótimo aplicativo! Simples de utilizar. Só poderia acrescentar idiomas (Brasil) pra ser mais automático. Outra sugestão é permitir que envie para todos os tipos de email. Alguns emails não recebem por serem comerciais. Um último ponto é colocar mais de uma mensagem automatizada.
