I just downloaded the app. Therefore, I need more time to figure it out and rate it. It is a bit complicted for a beginner though.

I installed something from Aftership onto my Shopify by mistake, and had absolutely no idea how to remove it as I forgot where I originally went. I ran around the app for 30 minutes before contacting support. I contacted support and I was helped within 5 minutes, honestly even less than that. Sadhan was the person that helped me, he was quick, knowledgeable, and nice. I haven't explored much around this app yet, or used a lot of its features, but the speedy and nice customer support is enough to keep me wanting to use it as I feel as though my questions and concerns will always be answered. Thanks again.
It's not showing my products. So its makeung my customers go to another page. Not what I wanted. Please fix so I can better enjoy this app.
Love this app, so easy to use... I am not a techy person so the simple instructions and templates are of great help plus their technical support is the best. 5 star!!!
Switched to this app for pop-ups after Privy removed their free version. So far so good! Only thing I’m missing is changing the font size.. hopefully it can be added in the future. Otherwise, the pop-ups look great and work well.
customer service is so good and I really like this app especially the social proof function. I recommend you to use this one for the conversion rate.

Great Shopify app with numerous free and really useful features. The support team was very quick and helpful when needed
