This is one of the better free apps, and remains free until you hit the send limit at which point you can contact customer service to request a larger limit. There are some features which they don't have such as SMS marketing/abandoned cart recovery, but there are a lot of products in their pipeline. Useful but kind of tricky to understand at the beginning, would love to have more options in the pop up sizes

Great product and helpful support! We have been using for over a year now and it has helped grow our business tremendously.

I have not used the app just yet, however I did reach out to customer service and their response time is very quick and has answered all of my questions.

So far this app is really easy to navigate. The tools are useful and they make personalization is easy. The support staff has been great - they are responsive and helpful!
