This app is very easy to use. I am not a tech savvy person and it helped me to create amazing emails! I am very excited to be able to add email marketing to my business with this app.

Giving this app one star because it constantly freezes up on me causing me to have to start from the beginning each time. When I reached out, they told me the basics "clear your catche" "make sure you're connected to a high speed service" etc.... None of those things worked. Every other app attached to my site works perfectly fine so no its not connection issues. I didn't really like how they didn't ever resolve my issue. Other then that, the app is a good/decent app for sending out emails, pop ups, etc... this is just my experience, everyone might not have the same. adding onto this review as I am continuing to experience inconveniences with this app. 1.) I had "Powered By Automizely" removed from my pop up about 6 months ago and is suddenly appeared again. When asked to remove I was told it may not be able to be removed bc I have a free shopify plan?? which I don't, and makes no sense considering it was removed previously. 2.) Right after that issue, I go to send a newsletter out and its telling me I can ONLY send to 300 contacts because they need to verify that I am not a spammer? I was told I would have to wait 12-24 hrs. This is such an inconvenience considering as a business I must send out newsletters in a timely manner. I am searching for a new newsletter app that I can switch over to because I am finally fed up with the issues I keep having

This app is Shopify Swiss Army Knife. It has soooo much in it. You probably get 1 in 5 or even 1 in 12 app, depending on what features you use. And all this functionality is absolutely free. This is hard to believe but for a shopify store owner who just starting out and doesn't have much money to spend monthly on apps, it is ABSOLUTE MUST HAVE.
And on top it is beautifully designed and easy to use. I did not have to watch a single tutorial to set up my pop ups, abandoned cart email, free shipping, amd other features!

I've had this APP since March and WAS very impressed with the features and customer service and I recommended this app to other people. The customer service at the time seemed really good. The automated features seem to work well. It was also FREE. Shortly after I got the app I saw they added new plans and I asked them if this applied to me and I was told that I along with others would be grandfathered in and we wouldn't have to worry. Today everything has changed. Where the system really fails is the options for sending emails or newsletters. I was sending emails (maybe once every other month) to under 1200 contacts, No issues. In fact my quota is 3000 emails and I'm only at 47. That's right I'm at 47/3000 emails. The home page makes it seem like I'm good to go....but it's misleading. What they don't tell you is you're limited to 600 contacts and if you want to send more you have to pay them. I even questioned them on their policies in the past and I was assured that I would have no issues whatsoever. Today- without any WARNING.....it wants me to upgrade my plan. I was never given any warning on my home page or by email that they were making these changes. Their customer service is lacking. They seem quick to respond but can't seem to offer any immediate assistance. Very poor business practice and customer service to change policies on existing customers with no warning. UPDATE- They reached out to me to offer 2 months free and 40% off for one month. That doesn't really solve the issue. You'd be better off to use another app for emails like newsletters.

Highly recommended for new users. This app has almost all apps needed to help with conversion and auto emails. Customer service is quick to respond and more than happy to help. Also it's FREE.. LOVE IT!!!

I love using this app. It is very beginner friendly within moment I changed over to Automizely and began using the app. Their support team is very helpful as well. Thanks so much!
