I installed something from Aftership onto my Shopify by mistake, and had absolutely no idea how to remove it as I forgot where I originally went. I ran around the app for 30 minutes before contacting support. I contacted support and I was helped within 5 minutes, honestly even less than that. Sadhan was the person that helped me, he was quick, knowledgeable, and nice. I haven't explored much around this app yet, or used a lot of its features, but the speedy and nice customer support is enough to keep me wanting to use it as I feel as though my questions and concerns will always be answered.
