perfect for my need. loved the setup and assistance from the team. They made it very simple for us. kudos to the whole team
Good customer support! I found it helpful to get the answers I needed right away. Helpful and easy to use.
It might work for many people, but for us it simply did not and their customers support was not helpful. It's ok considering the app is free, but we prefer to spend a few dollars every month for something that works and peace of mind

App was easy to install and support was helpful for getting the pop-up implemented correctly. No issues.
Great app. Super user friendly, and love how quick it takes to setup and start sending emails. The newsletter popups are clean, and the auto-generated coupons are a great feature!

Products seem okay, but customer service is absolutely the worst you can find. No clue on what they are doing if you have a problem. Wanted to add other app from this company, but after this experience, no way! EDIT : It's been 2 hours now, still not close to solving my problem, will just delete the app and find another one. Don't waste your time on this one.
It is really unfortunate that your expectations were not met in your recent interaction with us. We will surely work towards not letting this happen in the future. We would also check and brainstorm how things could have been handled differently by the support staff.
