I had an great experience with the marketing app for my website, and I can't express enough gratitude for the outstanding assistance provided by the agent Sahnoor. She not only addressed my concerns swiftly but also delivered highly effective solutions. Her efficiency and effectiveness were truly impressive. I highly recommend this app, and agent Sahnoor's support has been a game-changer for my online store. Top-notch service!!
DO NOT RECOMMEND We got charged for 6 months ($1,019.94) of no use after they denied usage and when we asked for a refund they said sorry its not possible.
We also asked for a credit and they said no USER BEWARE!

This was same process we followed in August 2024 as well when your email campaign was suspended.
We unfortunately did not get an further response from you on chat or email, nor a request to cancel your subscription.
While your subscription is still active, the subscription charges will continue till the time you cancel the subscription.
We've sent you a follow-up email as well and await your response to discuss further.
