Ayush from the support team is kind and helpful! Just trying out the app, love it so far. The customization on my first coupon popup is similar or better than what I've seen with several paid apps. Will update more as time goes along.

Support was super responsive and helped me out well.
The only thing that is missing is the ability to send text only emails. I am unable to embed links in my emails.

Super easy and great customer service. App is intuative to use and is essential to my shop. Setting up the welcome and Abandont cart emails was seamless.
I really like the easy installation of the features and the app seems to function pretty well so far.
