We are sorry to hear that you found our app complicated and took time to set-up and we certainly would want to hear your feedback about where we can improve.

From our records, you have tried our Free version of the Email app for about 10 minutes post which you uninstalled it from your store. Our app has a basic set-up & onboarding checklist which is quite user friendly and which is the first thing recommended when you install it for the first time.
You also reached out to our support team regarding an account deletion request where we promptly shared the necessary steps to proceed however, we did not receive any further response, and the chat session was subsequently closed.

We appreciate an honest feedback which helps us improve our app and services, however we feel that a 10minutes of trying out a Free plan is not sufficient time to get to know the product.

Our commitment remains focused on delivering a seamless and reliable experience for all merchants using our platform. We continuously monitor our email and SMS services to ensure consistent performance and maintain high service standards for merchants utilizing our solutions for email marketing.

I think it's great,It would be better if the abandoned cart can send two or more emails. I think it is also very good to be able to clarify the amount of return. Hope to develop more functions in the future. Overall it is great. The statistics of some data are also relatively complete. I hope that in the future, we can count the daily data more accurately. This is even better.

quick response and good service
I use this app to sharing new products, special sales and subscriber only discounts. I like the ease of customizing newsletters and the report tracking such as showing how many opened the email, who unsubscribed, etc.

Huge bad app, overcharge me $89 and $119. email sender never set up for me , no one help for real things , always wrong things , very bad app , please dont use this at all

I apologize for the inconvenience caused regarding the sender's email verification and billing charges.

As you said that you didn't use the features, I verified that we had already taken steps toward a refund for the previous two months, waiting for your confirmation. However, I'm sending a mail with the steps in regard to verifying the sender's email. We kindly ask that you let us know your availability to fix the problem.
