i used this app for 5 years. It was pretty good from 2020-2023 but then they fell completely off. emails don't get delivered, they freeze your account for no reason making it so that you can't send emails at all. I had an organic email list of 16,000 people and i was constantly blocked from sending emails even when i have a quality email list. customer service is terrible. they also kept overcharging me by upgrading my plan without my consent!! they did this SEVERAL times. do not use this app

Email Delivery & Account Status: We understand how frustrating delivery issues can be. Typically, delivery failures and account freezes occur due to an impacted sending domain reputation. This is influenced by factors such as email content, sending frequency, and recipient interaction. When these metrics decline, providers like Google may block the emails to protect users; this is a standard industry protocol and not a direct block by AfterShip.
Billing & Plan Upgrades: Regarding the overcharging, we would like to conduct a further review of your account. Please note that plan upgrades cannot be initiated automatically by our system, so we need to investigate how these changes occurred.
Customer Support: We were concerned to hear about your experience with our team. However, we could not find any recent interaction with support under your account details. We would appreciate more context or a ticket number so we can look into this further.
We have sent out an email to discuss this further or alternatively you reach out to us directly so we can resolve these issues.

DO NOT WASTE YOUR MONEY!!
They say that the email spam rate should be within 0.40% but they would disable the email feature even if you are within that limit. The customer cannot help you at all, and they would send you a canned response that they have reported this issue, and would make you wait days to fix an issue in their system.
When I told their agent Sadhan that I'm within the threshold, he told me the spam rate limit is 0.10%. I had to show him a screenshot of their own website that says it's should be within 0.40%. They would hand out incorrect information to mislead you and just to cover their system's fault.
The customer service can't be bothered if you're losing business or what.
