My customer support today was terrible, it was frustrating he kept telling me the same thing over and over again like he was just reading from a script, I already knew what he kept telling me. I asked what I thought was a simple enough question and he couldn't answer it. Took ages to respond too. Then someone completely different popped into the chat and told me he could help me build an about us page, which I did months ago. Not a happy customer today, feels like the customer service and support has gone rapidly downhill and more training is needed. The response from the app team below, showed up instantly after I reviewed, meaning they had not read my review it's an automated response when they receive a low rating, customer service has not been in touch and nothing has been escalated. This has annoyed me even further!

Can't access my page to edit it - get redirected to 'AfterShip' and told that my email address is not valid. Wish I had never used them, big mistake.

I would give this app 0 stars if I could. They randomly deleted all of my pages on my website and support takes many days to get back to you. This is the second time this has happened and I will not be making the same mistake again. If you enjoy re-doing your website many times over, then you'll love this app!

DON'T WASTE YOUR TIME! I'd give this app 0 stars if I could. I hope this review helps someone else. The app is missing a lot of key components to properly design your page the way you wish it to. There isn't a separate designer for your desktop and mobile views which makes it a pain to have to sync your desktop and mobile views on the same editor since it doesn't make sense. The images won't fit and the customer support takes hrs on hrs to reply to the most basic messages for everything. The customer support is almost nonexistent.

Unfortunately the app doesn't work stable and especially on the mobile view the Builder has issues to show the thumbnails and elements right. Often you just don't see the widgets. The thumbnail size is on top of that different than in the preview. The support couldn't fix the issues until now. I am still waiting for a response of the Dev Team.

I tried so hard not to give a low review but I'm truly done with the developers and the support. The app itself is basic and gets the job done until the bugs starts to show. And then the fun begins because their support team does not understand how the app works and keep asking you to clear cache. That's literally the only answer they give you to any issue. When we deleted the app and requested the developers to clean our theme files, they first said we can do it and sent us a guide, but we told them we are worried we delete something and break the theme so they said they did it according to them and removed everything. After 1 month and a bit we still see their code and files in our theme. We contacted support again and they asked us to clear cache!!! how can clearing cache remove theme files??!! it's been a week and they have not provided a clear response although we confirmed we need the files removed and every time we use their chat they repeat themselves and don't understand the issue. I do NOT recommend this app to anyone.

This program is relatively simple to set up, but there is a very simple loophole that they can’t solve, that is, if you set up the page builder, then the comments will be displayed on the top of the page builder. This is very illogical, because the customer must It is to see your product page first, and then to see your review, instead of looking at the review first to see your product page. I have been communicating with them for 7 hours on this issue, and I have not been able to solve the navigation problem. I am almost mad. Why is this small problem so difficult to solve? I have lost patience and really can't solve this problem

What a deception! This App is not free at all. I used this app for some time and now, after a few weeks, I get an email that they put this app in the paid category! They now offer me the Pro plan!

TERRIBLE. It was great until it wasn't. This app glitches and the customer service can't figure it out. I've gone to the length of unpublishing the work I created, deleted the app, and the app STILL shows up distorted on my clien'ts shop. Now, we can't launch on time because no one can figure out why the code still shows up. Furthermore, they will ask you to get into your Shopify to service this app, and that it's "needed" to have your login details, but when you tell them you'll make a limited profile with access only to your themes, they suddenly say accessing your account is not needed.
What a joke. I wouldn't bother.
