The app was very simple to setup, and the customer service team has been remarkable. I was able to import reviews from a prior app that stopped working when I upgraded to a new theme.

Great customer support, I have reach out to the support using online chat, about an clarification I'm not familiar with and it got resolved quickly within less than 5 min.
