Haven't used the app yet had to contact the customer services team to disable the review limit and remove their logo watermark both of which are free features, I'm not sure why they were not enabled by default. Once done I'm then asked to leave a review, seems like an elaborate scheme to get 5-star reviews.

Please be informed that removing the watermark and review limit is user-driven here at Automizely, as and when we receive a request from our users we do the needful. These features if enabled beforehand, would not help our users to actually know that these changes are required as they continue their journey as entrepreneurs with us and want to attract more and more traffic.

Please note that there is no rush to leave a review, you can take your time and then update/delete/write a review at your convenience

Seems great, not what

This the product owner of this app Yi. And I am really sorry for your unwell experience with the app!

I really understand the frustration of seeing the widget still showing up after uninstallation. In the early versions of this app, you will need to switch the widget off manually before uninstallation. You can install it back and switch it off and then uninstall. But we have learnt that this is not intuitive to our users and updated the feature: now this will automatically disappear right after uninstallation!

And I particularly apologize for you sending many emails to us and not getting an in-time response. There must be a problem on our side and I want to make sure you have easy channels to reach us for assistance. We are reviewing this issue to improve our customer support quality, and we have opened up live chats right inside the app. You can now chat with us directly with one click on the button at the bottom right corner!

it is by far the worse. even if you delete the app, you will still have the reviews on your product pages...
