Great 24/7 support - fast and helpful. The app appears to have excellent features and advised continually developing new features. Would be good to have more than two social media platforms available and improve the aesthetics and custom ability of widgets. Amazing value and can't wait to start using. Thanks automizely team!

I had a rocky start with the app importing reviews from the csv files. The support was not helpful at all. Once I figured out how to do it, without the help of their support, the support was helpful with the installation of the widgets and answering general questions about the app functionality. If they had helped me with the import, I'd give them 5 stars, as the app itself is fine.

I contacted support to sort an issue with review imports and displaying on my site. The agent Ravi was very helpful in sorting my issues and removing their branding. So fare great customer service

I installed this review app just yesterday but I'm still waiting to see it work. I think it will! I wasn't able to see the star rating section in my product description but hopefully that works out.

Yet to really use, was prompted too early to give a review. but i like other automizely apps so maybe this one too. customer service helpful in some cases
