The products is not exactly same as ours.It would be better if I can edit picture and comments,or I want to select reviews manually,not automatically.Is it possible?

Perfect customer support! I love it but the app needs lots of improvements like you cant filter by languages, while importing, cant translate, need to do manually one by one with google help as I did, time-consuming, and it hides reviewer names which are very disappointing and the display setting is worst cant change the number of display reviews in one row and cant set how many rows should be seen it's only navigate left to right

This app has almost everything that I was looking for to automate product reviews for my website including the ability to automatically send out review requests after orders have been fulfilled/delivered. The only thing it doesn't have is the ability to send out emails for orders that took place prior to the app being installed. Tech support responded within seconds when I had questions. Would definitely recommend!

Still waiting to see how the app will work once customers start to leave their reviews on my products. The chat feature to get support was quite helpful and understanding of issues I as initially having and helped me work through them.
