The after sales service is very good. Very prompt in solving problems. However, it slows down the loading speed of the web pages, expect improvement, thanks.

The app is new to me so I can't actually judge how well it's going to work in gaining reviews. In terms of setting up it was easy to accomplish and the advice was clear and consistent. Chat help from Prabha was very accessible, clear - and helpful!

So far so good, Support took a couple days to help me implement the widget into my site. It was apparently more complicated than usual, but seems to be working correctly now.
