The app wouldn't upload my past reviews even using the correct format required. I even had a customer service person assist me and they couldn't figure it out. The app has the potential to be great, but a key feature wasn't working.

Very great app! Works very well in my theme. It works even better for me than other paid apps. The online staff solved my problem very quickly, thanks a lot! I highly recommend using this app.
I used this app to import reviews. I like how easy the app made importing. It would be great if the app could allow me to choose a mix of 4 and 5 stars reviews, instead of just selecting the x recent reviews.

Using this app to collect the reviews. It has all the functions needed to collect reviews. Support is very helpful too.
The app is absolutely easy to use and the customer service is excellent. very responsive and helpful. He guided me through every setup with patience. Excellent services. strongly recommended.
This app is very nice.I can't velieve it is free.
When I upload a comment, it reminds me that I only have a posting quota of 100 comments and asks me to go to customer service to unlock the limit.
I thought at first that there was a fee for this unlocking limit.
But when I got to customer service, he unlocked the limit for me straight away. Now I can post more comments!
Im new to using this app I've tried others before that charge way more but so far it's easy to manage and the reviews are easy to download and I'm getting the same results as some of the other paid apps I've used!
