I'm just launching a new brand and I really needed something quick and easy to set up and this is just perfect! It's basic plan is free (perfect for a new brand with a small email list) and their help desk is quite quick to respond! Looks like they offer a lot of other services as well, perfect if you're hoping to grow with Automizely in the future. The automated review request emails allow you to customize your logo and add an image, there is currently no way to customize the typography styling or content of the emails, but the default is perfectly fine as long as you're not too picky.

App was easy to setup add one little issue and support was all over it and fix the issue right away. Looks great on the website to! Thanks so much

I looked at many review apps. For a new and growing store, this is hands down the best option available. Support is very prompt and answered all my questions getting set up.

it was evening in my place when i made my inquiry/asked for help. i was very pessimistic somebody would be there to respond and anticipated i would be stuck with my predicament for a long time. but to my amazement, the help came in a few seconds. and my problem was resolved right away. this showed me at least three things: professionalism, help was immediate and expertise. Thanks for the help and im very, very impressed.

My experience so far has been amazing, Automizely products work well with the dawn Theme and their support is always very helpful. I would definitely recommend this app to new users. Its also vary simple to use.
