Nice App! Easy and fast import of the reviews. Unfortunately, you can't adjust the number of 5 star reviews, so you always import too many 5 star reviews, which looks bad.

I like this app a lot. It easily requests reviews via email to my customers. I find the ability to edit reviews helpful because I like to remove pictures from AliExpress reviews that shows the packaging because it doesn't match mine. Easy to use. Prompt response from customer service. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is because I lose the reviews that my customers actually give me if I remove the app. At this time, I am unaware of the functionality that would let me keep at least those reviews.

Easy to use app and customer support is responsive and helpful. However some common features on other review apps still in development (e.g. home page reviews, discounted coupons for reviewed customers etc) - although a roadmap is available showing progress.
