I had some initial problems with wrong csv format and an extra space in a product handle but customer support was very quick and helpful and the fixed the problem for me while chatting - would recommend for their customer service alone

This is the perfect app for getting and displaying reviews. The coupon for review feature is amazing, the emails work well, and the customer support is incredibly fast and helpful

The customer service is great with this app. Had some problems getting the reviews to popup on my store and the customer service walk me through the whole process and got it figured out within minutes!

I've utilised a couple of product review apps that I've subsequently removed from my business (they do not all remove themselves as cleanly as stated). Most are simply bad, while others make it difficult to use for something so basic. Automizely is a good product with excellent customer service. It was well worth the money. So don't waste your time with other ineffective review applications. The app for Reviews is Automizely.

This app is very easy to use and the support are very helpful! I was able to get things completed quickly.
