The app wouldn't upload my past reviews even using the correct format required. I even had a customer service person assist me and they couldn't figure it out. The app has the potential to be great, but a key feature wasn't working.

I used this app to import reviews. I like how easy the app made importing. It would be great if the app could allow me to choose a mix of 4 and 5 stars reviews, instead of just selecting the x recent reviews.
