I've switched from Opinew to Automizely and the experience has been amazing. The reviews are super clean, support is fantastic (S/O Shreyasi) and to top it off it's FREE. Highly recommend it to other Shopify owners.

We are not using the Ali Reviews part of the app but are using the request for reviews via email and will update review in a couple of days once we see if any unexpected behaviour occurs i.e. emails should only be sent to new customers not all historic ones. It would be useful if the reviews could be imported from Facebook, Google, etc.

I use this app to import reviews from AliExpress and collect reviews after fulfilling orders. It works flawlessly and the customer support is great!
It really helps to push sales and the support is not only very friendly but also fast replying and does a great job The only sad thing is, that I didn't use it earlier Total Recommendation!
