I just started using it so so can't say much about the app itself yet, but what I can say, is that their customer service is very responsive and helpful!

I like this app better than the Shopify app for reviews! no requirement for a review label/subject. Just name, email, and review!

This app really helps to keep track of what my customers are buying and what they really like. It would be nice if, when clicking on "reply to review", that it would take me to the appropriate page to thank the customer for their review.
