It took a while to get to the bottom of a technical glitch we were having, but Sadhan was so helpful! He got to the bottom of it, had the tech team fix the issue ASAP, and then followed up with me! Thank you, thank you!
My customers keep getting emails sent from @aftership which terribly confuse them, and of course they don't leave a review.
This company keeps sneakily switch my company email to their own to promote themselves at your expenses.
If I had known they do such thing I would not have used any of their services. I'm moving my whole techstack elsewhere

almost 5 years in ecommerce space now and the best reviews that has stuck with me for a long time is this aftership reviews. the upper plans has a gallery of image from customer reviews which I love! the free one looks good too and would use Aftership on future stores time and time again.

Allows for me to easily share product reviews and see what my customers think of my products. So easy to use and totally worth it! Their customer service is always readily available and helpful every time I have needed their assistance.
I really like the app. I've found it easy to navigate and respond to customers. I would recommend it to others also.
