Its a decent app that lets you get most functionality for free. Customer service is nice, you have to go through them to get most of the stuff activated though.

The after sales service is very good. Very prompt in solving problems. However, it slows down the loading speed of the web pages, expect improvement, thanks.
I like this app a lot. It easily requests reviews via email to my customers. I find the ability to edit reviews helpful because I like to remove pictures from AliExpress reviews that shows the packaging because it doesn't match mine. Easy to use. Prompt response from customer service. The only reason I gave it 4 instead of 5 starts is because I lose the reviews that my customers actually give me if I remove the app. At this time, I am unaware of the functionality that would let me keep at least those reviews.

The customer service is lovely and answered any questions I had. Note that there are some limitations (such as not being able to move the reviews directly under the product description and not able to save the reviews if you change themes). It would be great if these features become available! It is still a great free app and has all necessary features for product reviews on my store. Thank you.

Für den Anfang ist die App echt sehr gut! Klappt alles reibungslos. Support sofort erreichbar und sehr hilfsbereit! Es gibt ein paar Kleinigkeiten die man sich noch wünscht und die man gerne Individualisieren bzw. abändern möchte, jedoch sollte man nicht vergessen, dass die App einem auch ermöglicht, kostenlose Reviews zu bekommen!

has a bit of a learning curve that I'm still getting used to but it's great for the most part! I would recommend to others!
Great 24/7 support - fast and helpful. The app appears to have excellent features and advised continually developing new features. I had a rocky start with the app importing reviews from the csv files. The support was not helpful at all. Once I figured out how to do it, without the help of their support, the support was helpful with the installation of the widgets and answering general questions about the app functionality. If they had helped me with the import, I'd give them 5 stars, as the app itself is fine.
