Easy to use and staff are super helpful! Lots of options to easily customise widgets on your store as well as emails. The automatic email settings are so simply and will save so much time. Highly recommend.

I've been using this app for several months now to collect reviews. It works well and is easy to set up. I like how my customers can also leave photos as part of their reviews. When I contacted customer support to remove their branding, they did so in about 30 seconds! Great app!

Super helpful customer service and the app runs autonomously without much need to monitor. Very happy with app overall.
Online shopping can be iffy. Automizely helps with customer trust and retention. I especially love the automatic review emails and the ability to show my customers what others are saying about my products.
worst app ever ( we are a funded d2c brand ) , we had an issue with a review star rating, the star reviews were not showing under the product title
our team reached out to the support and its been 1 week on 3 Jan'23 its not been solved yet
we also requested then we have an important product launch on 1 Jan still they ignored it
they are mis-using our situation because they know our existing customers won't migrate because we already have a lot of reviews
