Super quick support, even on weekends! I'm truly amazed this is free! This will help me and my small business to grow a lot!
Easy to use, customer service was insanely quick and communication was incredible. This app is so easy to use it's literally just a bookmark so when you're on the aliexpress website you just click it, choose your product, pick how many reviews you want, and just click import.

Easy to use and support is very helpful! They answered immediately and directed me, no fuss or problems.
I would love to put more stars but unfortunately cannot. Despite that my issue was resolved. It has taken days to finally get help and guidance and lots of nerves and stress. It just took too long. Customer service has not dealt with the issue in the best way possible hence why I am only able to give 3 stars. The app is functioning well and I have not had any issues until recently. Apart from that, if you are on a budget. I would recommend this free app but would suggest to move to a different app, with more functions and better customer service (such as vitals) when you are able to afford it.

I'm using Automisly for importing the reviews and it worked well. The support team responded quickly to my issues and I'd appreciate their patience.
Helped me alot, very easy to use and understand, great layout of the app and looks professional thanks for the help.
