Really helpful team. I had few questions about my account and Aditi was there to assist. For a new ecommerce, this service is a great way to start with reviews.

Had a little trouble with set up, But admin helped me instantly with screen shots of how to move forward. All working great now
I try a lot of app but every app has some bug(integration or not free). it's working great. better than all. thanks for creating it.
I had a rocky start with the app importing reviews from the csv files. The support was not helpful at all. Once I figured out how to do it, without the help of their support, the support was helpful with the installation of the widgets and answering general questions about the app functionality. If they had helped me with the import, I'd give them 5 stars, as the app itself is fine.
