Great app. This app allows things to be automated and send emails out to customers for quick reviews.

Speed up the process of adding reviews to stores. Very good support staff always there to answer any questions or issues that arise making it 6 stars. Support is always there!

I use this app to collect customer reviews. My store is brand new, so I haven't gotten any reviews yet, but the customer service is Amazing. I had a few questions today and Nitesh was my customer service representative. He took care of my issues quickly and without issue. I appreciated his great service.

it has been pretty simple to use and when i ran into an issue the help desk was able to help me solve it immediately.
