It's super easy to use and the customer service is amazing. I am happy to add this to the store and see how customers like this.

Just awesome. Amazing tool for no cost. Customer service is amazing too. They are very responsive and helpful!
Very helpful & easy to use app. I wish it was more customizable (more font options for pre-made emails & better able to sync with Shopify Themes). I love the way automizely is set up, though. Customer support is always super responsive and helpful. Just got the app so I have a lot to learn!! Will change to 5-stars if it works re: generating more reviews/business.

The app isn't quite what I needed (I wanted to be able to customize the review questions), but the customer support team was great!

This app has almost everything that I was looking for to automate product reviews for my website including the ability to automatically send out review requests after orders have been fulfilled/delivered. The only thing it doesn't have is the ability to send out emails for orders that took place prior to the app being installed. Tech support responded within seconds when I had questions. Would definitely recommend!
