We are not using the Ali Reviews part of the app but are using the request for reviews via email and will update review in a couple of days once we see if any unexpected behaviour occurs i.e. emails should only be sent to new customers not all historic ones. It would be useful if the reviews could be imported from Facebook, Google, etc.

Very good app and the support team is very nice. There is a little difficult to install for new one. If you have some code knowledge it will be fine.
I used this app to import reviews. I like how easy the app made importing. It would be great if the app could allow me to choose a mix of 4 and 5 stars reviews, instead of just selecting the x recent reviews.
