So far so good, Support took a couple days to help me implement the widget into my site. It was apparently more complicated than usual, but seems to be working correctly now.

I love that this app is free. I like how it allows you to customize your review layout, color and fonts to match your brand. I really, really like that it supports all shopify themes for when or if I decide to upgrade my them. I wish there was no coding needed but there is and that is disappointing. This is a great app otherwise.
