My customers keep getting emails sent from @aftership which terribly confuse them, and of course they don't leave a review.
This company keeps sneakily switch my company email to their own to promote themselves at your expenses.
If I had known they do such thing I would not have used any of their services. I'm moving my whole techstack elsewhere

AfterShip Reviews has the best customer service of any review management app I've tried. Their team is always willing to go above and beyond to make sure their clients are happy. I have been blown away by their level of support.
