Not very happy. The app advises that I have made sales but in contrast, there are no orders??? I placed a test order and could see that the total sales increased but the orders didn't. I spoke to Shakti (the agent) who wasn't very helpful at all I asked about the disparity and he advised: "it takes some time to get reflected here". Which isn't helpful. I am unsure if I have customers who have paid and the status of their orders. This is potentially a bad reflection on the www.sweetieshoppie.co.uk

So far I love this extension! It has been very easy adding my shop's products. We will see how it goes when I start selling! I am hoping it is just as seamless and also continues to be FREE!!!! I love free lol.

Customer service is very quick to respond. You need customer service to install - no option to do it without, but not a problem. Good for a free app and looks nice but does not provide you with a searchable app in Google Play for example. The app itself is connected to several other stores but the link they provide does take you directly to your own store, which is the compromise I guess of having a completely free app. The app is easy to customise. I have 466 products in my store and so far it has uploaded about 50 products in 3 days so my estimate is that it will take over 3 weeks to get the app showing all my products which is very inconvenient. They have assured me that they are looking into this now. I would recommend for shops with a small inventory that are starting up.

Customer service was very helpful and made it so much easier to set up my TikTok shop! Having orders connect to our Shopify will also help us manage inventory better so looking forward to using AfterShip for some time :)
