The app needs a few bugs fixed but overall a great tool. I was having issues with my TikTok Shop syncing with Aftership. I deleted Items from my TikTok but the items were still Live via Aftership. This caused issues with product syncing and allowed customer to still purchased items that were removed. Kumar with Aftership took time to help me reset my account and now things are properly synced so far.

It's a great app with amazing customer support. But it's more like a marketplace than native app for store.

A nice app for you store!!! I received assist right away even in the evening. Nice Mobile app application.
Staff was helpful! Would recommend but some issues in the beginning so a solid 5/5. If you want to make your shopify store a mobile app I recommend this.
