Karan was great. I'm yet to see how the app works but so far so good
Not user friendly. Only able to do half of what I was expecting. Customer service is very nice, sometimes a little slow to get back but very kind and attentive.

Worked very well in getting my Tiktok orders into Shopify
Deep assured me that there were no error messages pertaining to an order, so i have to assume that all is good

Although the outcome I wanted wasn't ideal she offered an alternative which worked.
She told me that there was a new update on the way that would resolve the issues I was having should I face the issue again.
