The app needs a few bugs fixed but overall a great tool. I was having issues with my TikTok Shop syncing with Aftership. I deleted Items from my TikTok but the items were still Live via Aftership. This caused issues with product syncing and allowed customer to still purchased items that were removed. Kumar with Aftership took time to help me reset my account and now things are properly synced so far.

We've had our TikTok sales channel open but left unused for a long time due to issues with product & order sync. Only now that we've connected our shop with Aftership were we able to get our first order placed on TTS and fulfilled by Shopify.

There was a slight learning curve to overcome when managing 3 different platforms and getting things to work properly, especially with how notoriously difficult it is to get good support on TTS, but the team at Aftership has been extremely helpful with getting things setup.

Support has been keen on answering all of my doubts and helping me navigate and understand the app both through chat and on 1:1 video calls. I was even offered an extension on my free trial to ensure we got up and running before upgrading.

Can't thank them enough!

I started using quicksync and it was a total disaster, then i switched to aftership app which is beyond simple and easy. no glitches, no issues, the process was so easy to understand and simple to use.

the quicksync app removed most of my shopify listing, which i had to spend time fixing the shopify product list, and after switching to aftership, the entire process is smooth sail, and now tiktok shop is up running. thanks alot !!!!!!

Kumar was great. After spending countless hours going back and forth between shopify, tiktok, my supplier, and Aftership, Kumar was the only one who was able to help me get past hours and hours and hours of frustration. The team at tiktok was useless, thank goodness for Kumar;.

This app is really proving to save me a ton of manual work! Navigating the site takes a minute to learn but a quick live chat feed has proven to be priceless! They answered every question that I had as well as scheduled a time to discuss what else the app can do for my business. If you just found the app...you are in luck! If you have been using it a while be thankful you found this little gem as it is definitely a time saver! The live chat help feature has me floored as it is a real person on the other end, not your usual bot!
