Akanksha was very helpful and knowledgeable with AfterShip Feed.
Although the outcome I wanted wasn't ideal she offered an alternative which worked.
She told me that there was a new update on the way that would resolve the issues I was having should I face the issue again.

I like using this app very much. It has many and powerful functions, and the response speed of the customer service is very fast and very good. I highly recommend it

I needed to verify my account. AfterShip was extremely prompt in their response and fast in their action. I feel very comfortable reaching out if I need assistance. Even though it is through text, it was a great human interaction.
