Awesome app..looking forward to doing more with it!! Great support. very responsive app. Only wish we could rename and brand the app.
my chat assistant was really nice and very helpful great job !
Customer service was very helpful and made it so much easier to set up my TikTok shop! Having orders connect to our Shopify will also help us manage inventory better so looking forward to using AfterShip for some time :)
Disappointing start waiting 4 hours for the 95 products to pull through as advised by chat support - unfortunately to find that it still isn't working with no real guidance on whether it will or not - support feedback is the the products are under review (this is not the case) they have not been pulled through by the app - only 4 products made it onto the tiktok shop - not a great impression at all - i then joined a google meet with Kumar who quickly resolved this issues

everyone has been super helpful when needed on getting my products synced and with tech issues! highly recommend
There is nothing. I can't see any option to customize or edit. Everything is blank/white there. Really worst thing, this is.

user friendly - straight forward instructions
Can you please remove your app from my store? Is it some kind of glue or what?! To delete account you need years!! What do you think? All apps in shopify are removable quickly! Please remove your garbage from my store!
