The team at Aftership have been really helpful throughout this process. Spoke to Sadhan today who was great!
Customer Service was fast and answered all my questions helping with set up.
Not user friendly. Only able to do half of what I was expecting. Customer service is very nice, sometimes a little slow to get back but very kind and attentive.

Simple to use, customer support is fast and helpful
Agents take too long to look into an issue. I have opened live chat 3 times since joining Afterhsip and had frustrating issues with syncing to TikTok shop. I often get sent the troubleshooting article but because the list is so long it doesn't help trying to find the error code on such a long article.
The team are patient and friendly it's just frustrating with the time taken to resolve an issue.
