I have nothing but trouble using this app. It appears it's not updated to TikTok Shop Seller Central. I had to delete it and find someone else.

I understand that it is time taking process to put the dimension in all the N numbers of the items, but in order to make this possible in an easy way, we can add the dimension in bulk.
You might not be able to do this as you are on the free plan, but we can give you access to update the dimension in bulk for the next 30 days as a token of apology. Hope you will accept this and we will implement this soon as we are working on the meta field of Shopify's product so that the users will not need to add the dimensions here and will capture the data from there automatically.
The developers and engineers are working on this and soon we will launch this.

Doesn't work. It's not an actual app you store is just added to the aftership app & none of the products synced over for me. The link provided also doesn't take you directly to your catalog on the aftership app but rather to a collection of different stores. Will be uninstalling.

Do not download this app, download Ownbase instead you will save so much money! And does the exact same thing, i was paying $500+ with aftership and now i only pay $15 with Ownbase. So much better, Aftership will just rob you!

The tracking information does not sync. Have exchanged multiple emails with the developer suggesting that they are looking into it, but that does not seem to be the case. Not fit for purpose.

This app does what it says. It is best suited for small businesses and for those who just want to have a feel of their website on the mobile app. Simple and Basic, Nothing more should be expected from a free app.
UPDATE: The only struggle is to get this app removed from the store. Firstly, There's no option in the apps panel to uninstall this app, and secondly, Even after requesting many times at their customer support they don't do anything regarding this.
Please take this off of my Shopify. I do not want it. I don’t recommend. If you download it even to try it out it is STUCK on your Shopify. I’ve tried everything to remove it. I don’t like that there’s not much customization. Very basic layout.

I can't rate your apps. My nightmare starts when I install it on my shopify online store. So you can't set up design and only allows two collections.
If you develop your mobile App with this App, you App is not able to Google Play Store or Google Apple Store. The best solution for me maybe to remove it on my store. The support Team delays, they don't answer quickly.
Every time to request email, I am so sorry.
What deception !
It is not made clear that they have to send you a code to INVITE you after you've installed the app and it's even listed as a sales channel which means you're sharing some data with this app and are unable to use it unless invited. I recommend steering clear of this one to make sure you protect yours and your customers data.
