The app needs a few bugs fixed but overall a great tool. I was having issues with my TikTok Shop syncing with Aftership. I deleted Items from my TikTok but the items were still Live via Aftership. This caused issues with product syncing and allowed customer to still purchased items that were removed. Kumar with Aftership took time to help me reset my account and now things are properly synced so far.

This app is really proving to save me a ton of manual work! Navigating the site takes a minute to learn but a quick live chat feed has proven to be priceless! If you have been using it a while be thankful you found this little gem as it is definitely a time saver!
