Wow, this automation tool is simply amazing! We've seen significant improvements in our open and click rates, as well as cart recovery. And don't even get me started on the incredible SMS feature - it's been a game-changer for us! Plus, the pop-up and email follow-up have helped us gain a ton of new subscribers, which is fantastic! Overall, we're thrilled with this tool and highly recommend it to anyone looking to boost their marketing efforts.

I've been looking for a tool to keep in touch with my customers. I want a tool that makes sense with my Shopify store. As we grow we need to keep a "personal" relationship. Ortto is a customer data platform. My shopify data gets pulled in, and Ortto automates responses to customers, and/or alerts to me. I've already sent out email campaigns, added popups to give coupons for subscribing.
I'm new to e-commerce and digital marketing, and Ortto makes sense to me. I can do what I need. And support is a GREAT. They walked me through with videos.

An absolute gamechanger - we have automated cart abandonment, birthday emails and the widgets on our store are growing out list incredibly fast. Wish I had discover this earlier.

All around great application. I was looking for a simple and effective email marketing solution, Autopilot checked all the boxes. The setup is really fast and easy plus their support was extremely helpful when I had questions. Highly recommend this app for your store.

A friend and I launched a Shopify store selling weighted blankets. It's just the two of us, and we don't have a time to do a ton of marketing, so it was so awesome that Autopilot gave us so much we could just turn on right after installing it — abandoned cart recovery, welcome series newsletter subscribers, onboarding to new customers, happy birthday promos. I love this thing and recommend it to any busy Shopify store owner.

USE IT NOW and IT WILL CHANGE YOUR BUSINESS the tool pay for itself in 5 days, I can't make it stop making money for us, I am surprised how easy connect with all the Shopify stores, track users, cart abandonment, and users that browse our products, and engage them with personalized emails and make them convert. I never see any other automation tool. Ortto Cost paid for itself in less than 5 days generating extra revenue for us.

Honest reviews are important. They help others make decisions about what apps to use for their business. Airgarden and Melo reviews are fraudulent. We wanted to love this app, but it is riddled with bugs. We don't care much for developers who charge premium prices for buggy, half-baked software. We do not recommend this app at this time. This has been your real-deal review of Autopilot for Shopify. Your mileage may vary.

I am unable to test the campaigns with actual items shown, though - for whatever reason Autopilot doesn't seem to populate those when testing. In the preview they generate, one of the emails appears to overflow the right edge on mobile, but in the test that I can send, that doesn't happen on my phone. I'm inclined to think it's a glitch in their preview tool, but without being able to send a preview that includes products, I can't say for sure.

Had some small issues connecting, but that could be the Shopify part. After that, it really works like a charm. Very well integrated. You immediately get pre-made Activities like "Abandoned cart" and "Back in Stock" etc. which you can use everywhere. You can see it's very well thought out because you can dive into the customer details and see all the details around that customer's activity including any interaction with your Shopify account. I really like the fact that you can expand it with 'Show details" and see an image and the product which for example was left in the cart. Also, the auto-populating in the filters makes it a breeze to retarget and use the information in the Playbook or any campaign.
