They include direct reporting within the app that covers a wide range of metrics and deliverables. Overall, this app functions well for what we need!

I'm giving 4 Stars because the app isn't that intuitive to set up but the support team is excellent. Despite initial hick ups, we were able to change over from Woo Commerce to Shopify without too much disruption.
